Return/Refund Policy Through Project Compassion’s website, you may purchase publications, register for workshops and make donations. Publication Refund Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with a publication, return it within 90 days for a full refund, not including the original shipping and handling cost. Workshop Registration Refund Policy: Workshop fee refunds may be requested up to 7 days prior to the event. Donation Refund Policy: Donations may be refunded for up to one year upon request.
